Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage the wood product in its original protective wrapping and box to prevent any scratches or structural damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
